1. Service Description

PASASSON AB provides taxi services in the Gothenburg area, including city rides, airport transfers, and long-distance trips. All our drivers are licensed and registered with the Swedish Transport Agency.

2. Pricing and Payment

We offer fixed prices on many routes. Prices include:

• VAT (6% for passenger transport)
• Road tolls
• Any airport parking fees

We accept: Swish, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash, and invoice for businesses.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before the booked time. Late cancellation or no-show may incur a fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

PASASSON AB is responsible for the safe transport of passengers and their luggage during the trip. We are insured according to current taxi traffic legislation.

5. Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted within 7 days of the trip. Contact us by email or phone.
